Lipis Carnival 2016 was organised by Majlis Daerah Lipis and held at Dataran Orang Kaya Haji Kuala Lipis from 22nd to 25th September 2016. We took part in this event to introduce new government subsidy of Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM) to assist government servants own their first house with more affordability.
